For Canadian Shipments, we normally ship via Canada Post and you can normally expect to have your product arrive within a week (for most locations).

Return Information
If you wish to return your product for any reason, please contact us first for an RMA number. Any product returns without an RMA number will be refused.

Warranty Information
Your products come with a two year limited warranty against any manufacturing defects. Any defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge (exclusive of shipping costs) during that two year period. Damage caused by a purchaser's misuse or accident, fire, flood or natural disaster is not covered by the limited warranty.
When returning your product to the Manufacturer, purchaser must contact manufacturer (see returns above) for a Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number before returning the unit for any reason.
