•  Home Based Complementary Businesses

•  Spiritual Workers

•  Retailers (complementary products)

•  Tutors and Educators

Requirements:

•   Business license or other proof of being a business.

•   Must be of legal age to do business.

Policy:

Full Payment of product is made at time of purchase.

We take: Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Certified cheque or Money order. Sorry we do not offer credit accounts. 

Our Dealers are retailers and as such, they are free to hire sales staff or pay commissions for sales.

Since we are not a multi-level marketing company, it is against our policy for Dealers to recruit other "dealers" to work under them forming a multi-level marketing relationship.  Violation of this policy will result in the revocation of the Dealership.

All warranty issues and product questions must be handled by the Dealer.

Any complaints against a Dealer will be investigated and we reserve the right to revoke a dealership if that dealer conducts themselves in an unprofessional, unethical or illegal manner.

We reserve the right to limit sales territories and assign exclusive territories.

We do not accept returns of product unless there is a warranty issue, in which case we will replace the defective part.

 Since our products have not been submitted to approval by Health Canada or the FDA, dealers are not to advertise any medical claims concerning these products. Dealers should be aware that these machines should not be used by people with certain medical conditions (such as epilepsy) without their physicians consent.

Dealers can not sell below the U.S. MSRP on the Procyon.
